• Images may include artistic impressions.
• Final terms are governed by the agreement between buyer and developer.

4. Builder / Channel Partner Agreement Clause

Estate Mela acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and developers.

All bookings, payments, construction timelines, possession dates and legal compliances are the sole responsibility of the respective developer/promoter.

Estate Mela shall not be liable for:

• Construction delays
• Project modifications
• Refund disputes
• Builder commitments

5. User Obligations

Users agree not to misuse the website, upload harmful content, or engage in fraudulent activities.

6. Intellectual Property
